PUCK DADDY/SB NATION: Harrison Mooney on how Hockeybuzz blogger Travis Jost (who’s spent the summer investigating the Ottawa Senators finances) had his Hockeybuzz profile hacked and scrubbed and his Twitter account deleted. Travis Hughes meanwhile has links to cached versions of everything Yost wrote on the Senators finances.
It’s easy to jump to conclusions that someone within the Senators organization was the culprit, but there’s no proof anyone within the team (particularly owner Eugene Melnyk) was behind this. Still, it appears someone certainly objected to Yost’s prying into the Senators finances.
