NESN.COM: reports the Boston Bruins have acquired forward Daniel Paille from the Buffalo Sabres in exchange for the Bruins third round pick in 2010 and a conditional fourth round pick in 2010.
SPECTOR'S NOTE: The site suggests this move was done as a short-term replacement for the injured Milan Lucic, who is currently sideline for up to six weeks with a broken finger. Further analysis on my blog.
