Aucoin signs with Columbus.
The Columbus Blue Jackets have signed former Phoenix Coyotes defenseman Adrian Aucoin to a one-year, $2 million contract.
SPECTOR’S NOTE: Aucoin turns 39 on July 3 and his best seasons are behind him, but for a one-year, bonus-laden deal, he’s a good pickup for the Jackets, providing experience and leadership to the defense corps.
