Armstrong joins the Habs.

One day after being bought out by the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Montreal Canadiens have signed right wing Colby Armstrong to a one-year, $1 million contract.

SPECTOR’S NOTE: Armstrong is thrilled to be joining the team he cheered for growing up, but he’s also hoping to prove he can still play well as a checking forward in the NHL after injuries hampered his two seasons in Toronto.

    Assuming he can stay healthy, watch out for Armstrong to play his best games against the Maple Leafs this upcoming season
