Hurricanes Sign Boucher.
The Carolina Hurricanes have signed former Philadelphia Flyers goalie Brian Boucher to a two-year, $1.9 million contract.
SPECTOR’S NOTE: A good addition for the Hurricanes and at an affordable $950K per season. Cam Ward will continue to see the lion’s share of the goaltending duties, but Boucher is a reliable backup who can help ease Ward’s workload a bit.
