Various sources reported earlier today the NY Islanders has signed veteran blueliner Steve Staios to a one-year contract, worth a base salary of $800K, $400K in possible bonuses, and an additional $400K if the Islanders win the Stanley Cup.
The Los Angeles Kings have signed forward Trent Hunter to a one-year, $600K contract.
