THE CANNON: Blue Jackets majority owner J.P. McConnell sent a letter out today to the team’s season ticket holders, apologizing for the way this season has gone, and promising changes could be coming.

JETS NATION: Cam Charron points out Scott Gomez is actually more valuable to the Montreal Canadiens than his critics believe, suggesting his huge salary overshadows the solid contributions he makes to the Habs, and their winning record when he’s in the lineup.
