  1. Another Leaf win another mirage. Badly out shot once again and facing a soft goalie Leafs pull out another win.

    • I’m sure everyone thinks Ward is a soft goalie. Do you see Habs fans belly aching over losing to the panthers? Why do Leafs fan feel they need to comment negatively regardless? Click on banner at least if you’re gonna rinse and repeat comments. Thanks.

      • Ward is a soft goalie, do your home work and the Leafs did get out shot again but thanks for the comment about me being negative. Coming from Mr. Negative that’s the pot calling the kettle black.

        • @ LEAFS 24 / 7

          100% AGREE ….

    • not a mirage. when you move your feet, you create chances. a fluke? maybe. but not a mirage.

  2. Anyone feel these numbers are incorrect? (Other then Reimer taking the Leafs to arbitration and getting more). I put an asterisk beside RFA/UFA signings.

  3. I think the Senators are the closest team right now to be making a deal !!!

Murray has seen enough and with Spezza out they have BIG issues …this is usually a time that Murray makes his moves and sets himself up for deadline if hes in the hunt they need a big move up front !!

    • spent 2 of his best chips on ryan, and worth every penny. who do you see leaving the sens in a deal to fill the void whether spezza is on or off the ice?

  4. bergevin has to help this team get better,1 win out of 2 isnt enough.i really hope they dont trade pac,hes the only size we have in the top6.bourque has been useless, maybe we get another struggling player in return, maybe change of scenery can help bourque and said player.briere was a bad signing, drewiske was a bad acquisition, and MB resigns him.murray i wouldnt mind to see come back,1 more year to replace bouillons leadership and vet presence.goaltending has been very solid, defense has shown tremendous weakness and quit, they have also shown promise, still need help on d.if only gms would slow down with the getting the best return bullcrap, maybe they could move players they dont want.they have lost control of reality.ex:no one will call MB and say give me bourque you take vanek.no one will call nonis and say give me gardiner take kopitar.i also understand that it takes time for trades to go through, injuries, cap, etc.

  5. Habs just need to let the kids get better, show patience and keep on drafting properly. Habs are no where near to contend for a cup.

  6. I believe the Leafs are; and always will be an enigma. They all seem to know what they are supposed to do; yet often come out of the gate being something all together different, They all say all the right things to reporters both before and after the game but yet often, the on ice play shows indifference to the words they spoke earlier..

Given the other team dictated play for a period or two or maybe all night, I have to ask…Just what is the game plan here Randy cuz many of us here just don’t get it anymore
