TAMPA TRIBUNE: The Lightning signed Brenden Morrow to a one-year, $1.55 million contract. They also re-signed Richard Panik to a one-year, two-way contract.

ARIZONA REPUBLIC: The Arizona Coyotes signed David Moss to a two-year, $4.2 million contract.

NBC SPORTS: The Minnesota Wild have signed  Jonathan Blum and former Canuck Jordan Schroeder to one-year, two-way contracts.

DALLAS MORNING NEWS: The Dallas Stars have avoided salary arbitration with Cameron Gaunce by signing him to a one-year contract.

ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER: The Anaheim Ducks have signed Louis Leblanc to a one-year deal.

MLIVE.COM: The Detroit Red Wings say Stephen Weiss is healed from the sports hernia surgeries which sidelined him last season. He’s expected to be ready for training camp in September.

NEWSOBSERVER.COM: Former Carolina Hurricanes forward Chad LaRose, who sat out last season, has met with Hurricanes GM Ron Francis regarding a possible comeback.
