SPECTOR’S NOTE: Boyes was among the few bright spots in an otherwise miserable season for the Panthers. No surprise they re-signed him. He leads the club in goals (17) and is second in points (28).

Granted, not earth-shattering numbers, but they are reflective of the energy and effort Boyes put into his performance this season, especially since he was a training camp invitee last fall.
