The New York Rangers have signed forward Michael Rupp to a three-year, $4.5 million contract.
SPECTOR’S NOTE: I like this move by the Blueshirts. Rupp is a big, physical checking line forward who should significantly add more muscle to their checking lines, and comes at an affordable $1.5 million per season. Good move by Glen Sather.
