Report: Sullivan signs with Coyotes.

Sullivan a Coyote.

ESPN’s Pierre LeBrun reports the Phoenix Coyotes have signed former Penguins winger Steve Sullivan to a one-year deal. Details to follow…

SPECTOR’S NOTE: Sullivan, with 48 points in 79 games last season with the Penguins, will be the logical left wing replacement for the departed Ray Whitney, though he’s not capable of posting up similar numbers.  It’s reportedly a $1.85 million deal, not bad for a 37-year-old forward.

  1. Best of luck to Sullivan in Phoenix. Glad to see players are willing to go there.

  2. Love Steve Sullivan – all the best to him and the Coyotes.
