Rome to Dallas.

TSN’s Darren Dreger reports the Dallas Stars have signed former Canucks defenseman Aaron Rome to a three-year contract worth $1.5 million per season.

SPECTOR’S NOTE: Rome, 28, is coming off a two-year, $750K per season deal with the Canucks, where he was used as a depth defenseman. He might get an opportunity to expand his role with the rebuilding Stars, especially since he’s now doubled his average annual salary.
