MONTREAL GAZETTE: For the Canadiens to have a chance of clinching second overall in the Conference (and avoid a first round match-up against the Toronto Maple Leafs, who’ve owned them in the season series), they must defeat the Leafs tonight.

SPECTOR’S NOTE: The Habs also need the Boston Bruins to drop their last two games. Don’t see it happening. Get ready for Habs-Leafs in the first round.
