WINNIPEG FREE PRESS: Ed Tait hopes Jets forward Evander Kane and goalie Ondrej Pavelec learned some humility after their poor performances resulted in their being cut by their respective European clubs.

SPECTOR’S NOTE:  NHL players have reacted differently to playing in Europe.Most seem to embrace it and have had varying degrees of success adjusting to it. Others have found it difficult, either for personal or professional reasons, or both.
