NEW YORK DAILY NEWS: Martin St. Louis scored in overtime to lift the New York Rangers to a 3-2 victory over the Montreal Canadiens in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Final. The win gives the Rangers a 3-1 series lead over the Habs, with the opportunity to wrap up the series in Montreal on Tuesday.
MONTREAL GAZETTE: The Canadiens are frustrated by their loss in Game 4 but insist they’re still in this series.
SPECTOR’S NOTE: The Canadiens played much better in Games 3 and 4 than they did in the first two games of the series. Their power play, however, has let them down in this series, and especially in Game 4. They had eight power-play opportunities in this game but only scored once.
